North American Pavement Association (NAPA) Larry H. Lemon award for the GAL-CR35-0.00 Jackson Pike Improvements Project. Awarded to the top 10 resurfacing projects in the United States.

Representative Projects
Lincoln Pike Bridge – Administered all phases of a 200 foot single span bridge replacement. First design-built bridge and the longest single span bridge in Gallia County. The project was completed in only 131 days at a cost of $1.45 million. There was $0 paid out in construction change orders.
Hannan Trace Improvements Project – Widened high traffic roads/bus routes, and resurfacing 32.06 miles of county roads for a cost of $2.7 million. Project received Ohio Flexible Pavement Award and National Asphalt Pavement Association Award.
Jackson Pike Improvements Project – Eliminated wheel rutting and pavement fatigue on the 11,000 ADT route by milling 3 inches of asphalt and resurfacing with a “super pave mix design” for a total project cost of $1,139,865.81. The average density was 94.4 for base and 94.6 for surface course. Project received the Larry H. Lemon award for one of the top ten projects in the United States.
